Dulaglutide

Dulaglutide is composed of two GLP-1 analogs attached to a modified human IgG4 Fc fragment. This design prolongs its half-life to approximately five days, making once-weekly administration possible. It functions by activating the GLP-1 receptor through the usual mechanism.
