Description
Ipamorelin ( IPAM, NNC 26-0161)
Ipamorelin stimulates growth hormone secretion by binding to the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) in the pituitary gland. It differs from other growth hormone-releasing peptides in that it does not substantially increase levels of ACTH, cortisol, prolactin, or aldosterone, which contributes to its high specificity for stimulating growth hormone.
